BXX Agency is going bad to worst. I dont want to be sued by that agency but think u all should know what I am talking about.

When I first joined that agency, it was still good as it was able to find me a job that I was satisfied with. The only disadvantage was that they always like to do last minute work. For example, calling u in the last night just to inform u that u were shortlisted for a particular job n said that they would notified me later regarding the details for the interview. I waited n waited until the day which I supposed to go for the interview. I called my agent n he said the interview was being postponed -______-"". Y cant he just informed me earlier?! Then I faced some problem at the interview site as I overlooked at the email, but then I was still able to get my first job ^^.

After 3 months, my contract ended. I approached my same agent again but was a different agent that take over my case. At first, she called me and offered me a job at $10/hr. It was a great opportunity to earn money n I was shortlisted for the interview. I waited n waited for her news as she requested me to wait for further details about the interview. This situation sounded so familiar -_______-"". So I waited and waited...

I waited for a few days before I called the agent regarding the interview. Then the answer I got from her was that the company was waiting for more resumes such that they could conduct a group interview and asked me to wait again.

WAITING...

One week passed, I called the agent AGAIN as no calls or emails was sent to me to notified me about the interview. This time I got a exact answer yet I felt like scolding them. The agent said that the company had employed other people already so there would not be any interview being held. WHAT!! Even the interview was cancelled already, they didnt want to inform me.

I found it unsecured to just rely on BXX agency, thus I approached Kirby's agency instead. Their agency was efficient enough to call me everyday and offer me available job opportunity, just that the location was quite far away from where I live. Within a week or so, Kirby n I were both being employed by the HSBC bank being a bank assistant under a 1 month contract.

The next day after we had signed the contract with Kirby's agency, BXX called to inform us that we were shortlisted for a interview. It was too late! I told her that we had found a job but she insisted that we should go for the interview as the company is considered a government department and would make our resume very nice. The agent even think of helping us to break the contract that we had signed. There was no harm going for interview, thus we went for it.

The interviewers including Kirby and I were all from the same agency, but were not very satisfied with them as they were very last minute. Some were only being notified a few hours earlier and had to rush there for interview. I only know of the jobscope after I went for the interview.

The company was looking for people willing to work for a long period of time and able to start soon. Unfortunately, we were only able to start 1 month later after we had ended our contract with the bank. We told the interviewees about it and they said that they would called us if they really need the manpower after a month. Should be no hope de...

So we started our new job in the bank and forgot about the interview thingy.

Then, a few days before my contract ended, the agent called me n inform me that I was being employed by the company. Yes, the government department de. I was supposed to report on the 5th June and the contract would end on the 15th July. Sound great since I would be able to rest for a few weeks before my school starts.

Kirby's agent did called me later on asking whether we were interested to find other holiday job. I rejected because of the BXX agency.

After that, there was no news from the BXX agency. I was so curious that y didnt they contact me to go down to sign the contract. Thus, I sms-ed the agent. Guess what! She said that the company still decided to employed people that were able to work a longer period of time as compared to me. Didnt they inform me before I actually questioned them?! Their service is getting bad to worst! Maybe I shouldnt rely on them in the future.

BXX agency had spoiled my plan! Now, I am unemployed n wonder whether should I get another part time job since I still have 1 month plus before school starts. Should I??
