title : Do Cats Eat Grass?
 Five days ago (5 January 2009), I was waiting for my cousin at the ground floor of my flat when I saw a cat which was in snow white and he was sniffing for food on a grass path just beside my block. At first I didn't find any unusually, but out of curiosity I stick my eyes on him. After a century long, I saw him eating grasses like a rabbit. I found it very ironic as I thought cats only eat fishes or meat. Do cats practice vegetarianism? Eager to find out the answer, I asked some of my friends. Most of them had not even saw cats eating grass, but it is reasonably. Surprisingly, one of my friends Xiu Li said that cats do eat grass. She enlighten me about the knowledge she gained from her mother. These was what she told me, during ancient time people trained cats to find herbs in the forests by feeding them with herbs, so that they had the ability to find herbs in the deep forest. It this true? If someone know about it, please tell me. I was very puzzled by this question!! |
